Vice President, Business Development - Duluth, GA
PRIUM- The 2012 Business Insurance Innovation Awards winner for its Qualified Medical Intervention (QMI) program located in Duluth, GA, is searching for an individual experienced within the Workers’ Compensation industry. PRIUM's VP of Business Development will be responsible for developing new client relationships, driving top line revenue and delivering educational content to clients. The primary duties and responsibilities required are as follows:
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Develop new client relationshipsthrough networking, traveling to client sites and attending industry conferences
- Drive top line revenue by meeting budgets set forth by the CMO and up-selling and cross-selling the company's products and services
- Deliver continuing education content to clienst and potential clients
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of health care-related management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent leadership and personal development experience

RN - Oversight Nurse Specialist Workers Compensation - Duluth, GA
PRIUM- The 2012 Business Insurance Innovation Awards winner for its Qualified Medical Intervention (QMI) program located in Duluth, GA, is searching for an experienced Workers’ Compensation RN to provide telephonic case oversight within PRIUM’s QMI program. The Oversight Nurse will assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate options based on an individualized pharmaceutical plan that has been developed for an injured worker's medication regimen.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of personal computers and software for word processing and/or good keyboarding skills
- The ability to enter and retrieve data from relevant computer systems as well as knowledge and experience with spreadsheet software such as excel, and the ability to manipulate and analyze data
- Ability to effectively communicate with health care providers, claim examiners, supervisory personnel and peers
- Ability to be organized and efficient in prioritizing and managing assignments with minimal oversight and direction
- Willingness to research, learn, and obtain knowledge for the performance of the position
- Courteous, professional demeanor and team spirit and the ability to work in a collaborative, effective manner
- Critical thinking, and sound clinical judgment and assessment skills for decision making
- Knowledge of medical necessity requirements
- Knowledge of the quality assurance process and determination of positive outcomes
- Clinical experience, knowledge of current standards and trends in health care, best practices, management tools, and familiarity with related resources and literature
- Qualified candidates must possess a valid RN license
- Maintains continuing education and active state professional license
- 3 + years of experience as a registered nurse case manager preferred
- CCM or CRRN preferred but not required
